Our Nutrition staff will assess your current habits and from there assign you macronutrient goals to reach for each day to help you form healthier habits.

Accountability to Ensure you see Results

The staff member you work with will check-in with you weekly to see how your week has gone, what your nutrition has been like, and how you are feeling. Adjustments will be made as they are needed for you.

Monthly Weigh-In and Measurements

As part of your monthly nutrition cost, you will be weighed and measured to see how you are progressing. It’s not always about the number on the scale, but about your measurements and the changes in your body over the course of time.
