Cody started studying and gaining interest in muscle and power development books and magazines at the young age of 14. He did so to become a better athlete and from there quickly new that he wanted to use the knowledge he had gained to help others.
Cody has dealt with numerous sports related injuries that set him back over the years. After having multiple doctors suggest he may never be able to train or participate in sports again, he decided to research and begin rehabbing himself.
At the age of 18, while rehabbing from injury, he decided to become a certified personal trainer and begin training some TBI clients.
Cody has a passion and a love for helping other people reach their optimal athletic potential and goals, as well as live the highest quality of life possible. He specifically enjoys coaching CrossFit and training people using functional fitness and teaching them healthy lifestyle habits.
