Getting Started with CrossFit Tradition
OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST YOU IN ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS, TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER FOR YOURSELF AND FOR THOSE YOU CARE ABOUT.
We are going to show you not just that your goals are possible, but show you how much MORE you are actually capable of.
We are here to help you shatter any past limitations you thought were holding you back. We will do it little by little, step by step, until the one day you look back over your shoulder, amazed at how far you have come.
We have a community of diverse athletes ranging from CrossFit Kids to CrossFit Masters. At CrossFit Tradition, you will be surrounded by a supportive community, caring and professional coaches, accountability and enjoy the camaraderie.
All classes are professionally coached from start to end. There is much more to coaching than just showing you the workout, timing it, and writing it on the whiteboard.
Foundations. All new members are required to go through a foundations program before regularly joining in on classes. This keeps all our members safe by instilling proper safety and mechanics in all lifts and gives you the foundation to build a strong future off of.
Join us for Community Gatherings: It may be game nights, visiting a gymnastics gym, seminars, movie nights, WODs at the park, paddle boarding, parties, etc. It’s whatever we can come up with to have fun as a group.
We are a Professional Gym. Professional facility, professional coaches, and professional training.
You WILL get results, as long as you give your best each and every time you come in. Some days your best will feel like 110% and some days it’ll feel like 50%, just give us your best every time.

CrossFit is for all levels and is scaled to your ability level! We offer CrossFit WOD’s, CrossFit Kids, Mobility Fix, Olympic Lifting and much more!

Your first class at CrossFit Tradition is always free so that you can get an idea of what a CrossFit class really feels like. Please give us a call ahead of time to let us know you will be dropping in and show up early so that we can show you around and take care of any paperwork needed before you start.
REGARDLESS OF A PERSON’S PAST ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE OR CURRENT LEVEL OF FITNESS, EVERYONE WHO FIRST COMES TO CROSSFIT TRADITION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND OUR FOUNDATIONS CLASS EDUCATING YOU ABOUT BASIC TECHNIQUES, TERMINOLOGY, WARM UPS AND EXERCISES BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN CROSSFIT CLASSES. Our Foundations classes are taught by a head trainer, these classes are for first-timers only and can be set up around your schedule. Foundations are 4 one hour long sessions at a price of $120.
FOUNDATIONS CLASSES ARE KEPT TO VERY SMALL SIZES TO ENSURE ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION.
As you work through the four consecutive sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Foundations is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH CROSSFIT METHODOLOGIES, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR TEST-OUT OPTION.
If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. Testing out allows you to start the CrossFit classes right away.
